KCISD Chromebook Agreement Form

Chromebook Agreement Form:

• Must be signed by parent/guardian and the student each year during online registration.
• These forms are kept in Skyward for each school year along with other registration forms.
• When parents and students initial and sign this form, they are agreeing to all statements about the care and usage of a Chromebook by the student.
• A copy of the form can be viewed below.

Optional Chromebook Insurance Coverage:

• Insurance is optional and is explained in the Chromebook Handbook and on the Optional Chromebook Insurance Program page.
  • Device coverage is valid for the current school year.
  • Payment must be made at the beginning of the school year by the advertised cutoff date each year, or within 2 weeks of a new enrollment.
