The Junior High will be open on Thursday, July 23 and Friday, July 24 as well as the next week on Monday, July 27 through Wednesday, July 29 from 9 am to 3 pm to help families prepare for the 2020 KCISD Registration process. New student registration packets will be available for pickup at this time. The majority of returning student registration will be online to help streamline the process. There will still be some paper forms that will be needed for returning students as well and those may be picked up at the junior high on the above listed dates. If you have Skyward Family Access, you may access the online registration forms at home beginning on Thursday, July 23rd. If you do not have Family Access you can email Amy Fountain at amyfountain@kirbyvillecisd.org so that she can assign you that access. We will also have a computer lab available on July 23 & 24 and July 27-29 from 9 am to 3 pm for those families who need computer access or data entry help to help them with the online portion for returning students.

Due to COVID, we will have registration in two locations this year to help with social distancing. We will follow state guidelines for mask requirements and social distancing. For your convenience and to speed up the process, most forms for returning students will be online this year. You must have Skyward Family Access to complete online registration forms. New Students will still fill out paper forms and you may pick up registration packets at Kirbyville Junior High School during the week of July 21-23 and July 27-29 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Returning Students: • Updated Shot Record if applicable Only high school students will be allowed to attend registration this year to review and finalize schedules and take their ID pictures. High School students must be in dress code due to ID pictures being made at time of registration. Registration process cannot be completed if student is not in compliance with dress code. All Elementary and Junior High ID pictures will be taken at a later date at Meet the Teacher. We highly discourage all elementary and junior high students from attending registration this year. Students must have all required immunizations before the first day of school. Students will not be allowed to attend school until ALL immunization requirements are met. Immunization Clinic will be provided on site. There will be no Sports Pass offered to purchase for the 20-21 school year. All JH and HS students will get into all athletic events for free with their KCISD Student ID. Students 10 years old and under will get into athletic events with their parent admission purchase.
