Favorite Coaching Memory: My favorite coaching moment so far was the 2025 season as I took over our volleyball program. Throughout the season, I watched the athletes grow not only in their volleyball skills, but also in confidence, communication, and teamwork. Witnessing their growth and resilience confirmed my passion for coaching and reminded me of the positive impact a coach can have on athletes.

   I am Brady McMillon and I am entering my 25th year teaching and coaching. 16 of those years are right here in Kirbyville CISD. This year I will be coaching Jr. High Football and Basketball and will also server as the Head Golf Coach at the High School.  
   I have been married to Larissa for 23 years and we have 3 daughters, Maci (SFA), Lainee (Senior), and Tatum (Freshmen). In my time off from work I enjoy watching my daughters play sports, traveling, and golfing.
   I am looking forward to a great and successful school year. It's a great day to be a Kirbyville Wildcat!
