COVID-19

• Determine the date your symptoms started 
• Call your campus nurse to schedule an appointment
  • The appointment will be made 48 hours after the time/date of onset of symptoms. Testing before the 48 hour mark can produce inaccurate test results.

I do not have symptoms of COVID-19 but want to be tested

• Call your campus nurse to schedule an appointment
  • If you are a close contact of someone who tested positive and are waiting tp receive a test so that you can return to campus, it must be within 48 hours of your expected return date.

Save the QR code you receive on your phone OR send a screenshot of the QR code to the number the campus nurse will give you

• At your appointment time go to the designated COVID-19 testing area for your campus.
• STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE and call the front office to let them know you are there and ready to test.
• The test takes approximately 30 minutes to get a result after you are swabbed.
